Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at: 📧 healingbeyondu@gmail.com Include your order number and reason for the request.
Refund Processing Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Cost of printing cannot be refunded. A confirmation email will be sent once refund is approved.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the method selected at checkout.

Shipping Time Standard shipping takes approximately 7–14 business days from the time your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or holidays.
